IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
At least 2+ years of experience in an IT recruitment industry;
Understanding software development company functioning;
Knowledge of Boolean Search and X-ray search;
Having a clue of full lifecycle recruiting components;
Demonstrating Intermediate strong English level both in speaking and writing;
Ability to work under pressure;
Ability to drive recruitments process from gathering requirements till candidate's onboarding;
A result-oriented, effective and motivated Recruiter;
Strongly motivated to manage customer/partner expectations.
