What is required:
— Great communication skills both written and verbal;
— Good understanding of IT industry and IT market;
— Good Copywriting skills, knowledge in email campaign best practices;
— Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruiting channels;
— ​At least basic understanding of programming languages/technologies;
— Attention to details, result orientation, ability to learn quickly;
— At least intermediate English level;
— Ability to analyze information and create actionable insights;
— Be a team player.

Responsibilities:
— Together with Recruitment Lead develop and implement a creative, comprehensive sourcing strategy, including building relationships with passive candidates and establishing an effective pipeline of talents;
— Active search for candidates according to vacancies requirements using different channels and creative approach;
— Facilitating the initial conversations between the candidates and the recruiters;
— Work closely with the recruitment team to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible;
— Work closely with recruiting team to determine hiring needs and priorities;
​— Maintain candidates database;
— Market researches conducting;
— Forming a sourcing team together with the Recruitment lead;
— Be the best Team Lead for your future sourcing team :)
— Research and utilize cutting-edge talent sourcing tools and technologies.
