IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
— 1+ year of experience in searching for IT vacancies;
— Knowledge of IT market;
— Intermediate+ level of English;
— Excellent communication skills;
— Experience with Excel, Word, recruitment tools;
— Highly responsible, motivated person, proactive and result-oriented;
— Strong networking skills.

Responsibilities:
— Sending messages and letters to potential candidates;
— Sourcing through professional networks, databases, referrals, job sites etc;
— Screening of candidates (English level, salary expectation and other candidate's requirements);
— Screening of CV and supporting in creating new CV;
— Initial contact with candidates and processing them to recruitment team;
— Maintenance of databases and related reports;
— Monitoring the relevance of vacancies on job portals.
