Affiliate Manager LATAM (Online Casino/Betting) (offline)

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to work on licensed betting and casino projects - LATAM region.

Requirements:
Experience in the position of Affiliate Manager for more than a year;
Experience with LatAm markets;
Understanding of the main metrics of online marketing (Revshare, CPA, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROI);
Excellent written skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher);
High level of negotiation and time-management skills;
Critical thinker, solution seeker;
Good analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data;
Self-motivated, team-oriented.

Will be a plus (but not necessary):
Knowledge of a second language (Spanish, Portuguese);
The accumulated base and contacts of affiliates.

Responsibilities:
Attracting and connecting new affiliates to run RevShare and CPA campaigns;
Analyzing and optimizing campaigns activity. Monitor performance of affiliates, such as source of traffic, the quality of their players and the revenues they are generating to increase ROI and reach KPIs;
Building long-term relationships with partners;
Invoicing and tracking of timely payment;
Delivering affiliate marketing reports to management.
