Senior Software Engineer (Rust, C++ or Golang) (offline)

The Role

We are looking for senior software engineers to join our core team. Your task scope will include design and implementation of the zksync smart contract platform: ZKP-compatible programming language and virtual machine, implementation of complex cryptography, p2p network, consensus, etc.

We expect you to independently conduct research in your area of ownership, design, implement and document solutions, and potentially lead a team.

Your Profile

- You are driven by passion, curiosity, and desire to make a meaningful contribution to the world.
- Fluency in Rust, C++, Golang or similar languages. We are working primarily with Rust, but prior experience with this language is not mandatory.
- Deep understanding of software engineering best-practices.
- Ownership mindset and a track record of successfully accomplished projects.
- A big advantage will be experience in cryptography / highload / protocols design.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Lastly, it is critical that you have knowledge of common algorithms, data structures, and their computational and memory complexities, as well as experience of implementing them from scratch.
