Support Specialist (offline)
Responsibilities:
β’ To accept, register and assign service desk requests (L1 support).
β’ To keep general Luxoft referencing data
- Customers
- Suppliers
- Contracts
- Inventory Items and groups
- Charts of accounts
- Others
β’ To create and maintain data keeping processes among Luxoft
β’ Periodically check for consistency reference data between all Luxoft systems
β’ Timely react on requests for adding and changing existing data
Mandatory Skills:Microsoft Excel, Support activities, Communication Skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:OEBS, SAP, ERP, Excel Macros, Databases
Languages:
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
