Middle BI Engineer (offline)

It aspires to simplify scouting suppliers. scoutbee’s AI-driven suite helps procurement leaders find global suppliers faster and gain deep insights to make confident purchasing decisions. We are constantly dealing with large data from very different sources to find the best suppliers for our customers. You will join a cross-functional, interdisciplinary team of professionals. Together with our Data Scientists, UX Experts, experienced Developers and a very keen Product team you will work in an agile environment and push our product to the next level.

Requirements:
— At least 1 year of proven record in a BI engineering role (developer positions are also welcome)
— Proven Tableau skills and eager to learn more about it
— Good Python knowledge and ability to produce clean data sets
— Ability to clean various formats of data (excel files, csv, json etc.) to process
— SQL experience, experience with Redshift or Snowflake
— Proficient command of English (speaking, reading and writing)
— Having experience with APIs particularly Salesforce APIs is a plus

Will be a plus:
— Experience to deploy your code in the production environment using CI/CD
— Experience with Github
— Experience with Jenkins

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will take over responsibility for improving, inventing and implementing Tableau dashboards by correlating and aggregating data using Python skills. You will also deploy your codes to CI/CD pipelines in the AWS environment. Here’re some major tasks:
— Visualize the data for their needs in Tableau
— Mentor and educate non-technical colleagues
— Take ownership of current BI data pipelines and codes
— Innovate and implement Python scripts for different non-technical teams
— Be part of our data excellence initiatives
