Requirements:

β€” Superb and polite written and verbal communication skills
β€” Confident user of modern gadgets (tablets, smartphones, etc)

β€” Tech savvy with a knack for learning new tools/apps on the fly
β€” Empathetic to customers’ needs and passionate about helping others

Responsibilities:
β€” Assist new and existing customers with technical support via phone, chat, and email
β€” Maintain customer knowledge base
β€” Provide training and onboarding of our hardware and software to new customers upon request
β€” Assist Customer Success Team in creating custom training materials for new customers upon request
β€” Collect early customer feedback for process improvement and product feedback
