Senior IT Recruiter (offline)

We invite Senior IT Recruiter to become a part of our PSR Recruitment Team and dive into a friendly and energetic environment.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter;
- Understanding of standard search techniques;
- Successful experience in closing technical positions of middle and senior levels;
- Understanding of IT market and basic knowledge of technologies/tools/approaches;
- Experience with Recruitment ATS will be a plus
- Good communication skills;
- At least the Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:
- Leading the full recruitment cycle resulting in successful job-offering and contract signing;
- Participating in Recruitment - meetings;
- Preparing job descriptions;
- Searching for candidates on assigned positions (middle/senior level);
- Writing candidate evaluation form after the HR Interview conducted;
- Internal candidates database maintenance;
- Providing timely feedback on interview results to candidates;
- Job market analyses and reviews.
