Our team works on the implementation of the cross-channel communication service which integrates into some business platform.

The omnichannel solution is a robust cloud-based service that extends the power of the business platform for customer service to enable organizations to instantly connect and engage with their customers via channels like Live Chat, SMS, social messengers, etc.

The omnichannel solution also provides a modern, customizable, high-productivity app that allows agents to engage with customers across different channels. The application offers contextual customer identification, real-time notification, integrated communication, and agent productivity tools like knowledge base integration, search, and case creation to ensure agents are effective.

We are a team of professionals who bring technology experience for big clients all over the world.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
4+ years of development experience with the .NET platform.
1+ years of structured JavaScript development experience.
Experience with ASP.NET, SOA.
Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript.
Experience with ReactJS, React-Redux.
Experience in client/server unit testing.
Prior experience with Azure infrastructure is a plus.
Excellent debugging, coding and design skills.
Demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain/product area.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
1+ years of team leading experience.

Azure, TypeScript, ReactJS, SQL, VSTS

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities and opportunities:
Design, implement and unit test core application components running on Azure and some ERP platform.
Develop UI components in accordance with project standards.
Communicate with an international dedicated team on daily basis.
