Head of Product (offline)

Responsibilities:

Product strategy development and execution
Clearly define and prioritize product features into an agile backlog; manage the requirements throughout the agile development lifecycle.
Drive part of the product from concept into production, be able to justify and defend your plans and ideas.
Manage team of product owners and their collaboration with the engineering team.
Lead or facilitate Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Requirement elicitation sessions
Serve as cross-functional partners for BD, sales and marketing, analyze market trends and prioritize clients’ requests.
Build and maintain the relations with sales and account managers to assist with product-related requests from clients.
Align and support different work streams around the strategic priorities to achieve commercial goals of the company.
Prioritize and manage the successful delivery of key product features and improvements.
Lead collaboration efforts with business stakeholders, operations, product managers, and technical teams to refine business initiatives.
Communicate effectively at all levels of the company, report directly to the CEO.
Maintain relations with external partners and stakeholders, prepare presentations and demos for them.Ensure maintenance of project documentation and regular status updates.

Requirements:

4+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
4+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
Lead product development and release process for technical epics and maintain the core development road map
Experience in writing Technical Design Documents or Technical Requirements;
Experience writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements;
Good understanding of business goals and priorities;
Strong communication and leadership skills. C-level reporting experience.
English: B2 or higher
Product Owner experience with agile methodologies (Scrum strongly desired) and 2+ years of formal product management experience.
Strong leadership, accountability and collaboration skills
Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills (including in English).
Technical background.
Experience with IoT products would be plus
Professional certifications are preferred.
