What are we looking for in our new employee?
- Experience in Customer Support / Account Management / Technical Support
- Strong experience in team management
- Upper-intermediate /Advanced English
- Strong communication, soft skills
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of network technologies
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence
- Ability to learn new technical product
- Strong PC skills

Will be a plus:
- Experience with ticket systems (Zendesk / Kayako / other)
- Technical writing skills
- Technical background
