Chief Marketing Officer (B2B / Enterprise) (offline)

You’ll work cross-functionally to elucidate and communicate the value of Cotano to both B2B (Enterprise) and B2C (bottom-up) across a variety of touchpoints to execute bottom-up in the sales niche, like Slack and Zoom did in the communication niche.

What You’ll Do
- Startup scale. Discovery a scalable user acquisition model & channel that works for Cosmetic Direct Sales companies (like Avon, Oriflame, Mary Kay, etc.).
- Execution. Execute bottom-up strategy by combining B2C acquisition and B2B marketing.
- Content. Contribute in text & video content creation for blog, communities, Help Center, etc.
- Analytics. Build the end-to-end analytics platform to connect the product (Mixpanel, HotJar, GA) and all the tools you choose (e.g. ActiveCampaign, Intercom, SEMrush, etc.).

What You'll Need
- Proven execution. Experience developing B2B marketing, content marketing, ideally participating if finding repeatable / scalable model.
- Product partnership. Knows how to identify and bring to market products for which customers will pay big money.
- Sales partnership. Knowledge of successful techniques that can help the sales team win enterprise customers.
- Tools. Hands-on experience with: Remarketing/Retargeting, SMM, PPC, copyrighting (you need to have posts that you can show). Experience with CRM software, like Hubspot, Salesforce would be a plus.
- Analytics. Strong analytical skills and passion for good creativity. Strong in Google Analytics. Mixpanel and similar tools would be a bold plus.
- Management. Excellent organisational & communication skills, and strong ability to multitask with a hands-on delivery.
- English. Strong written English.
- Growth. Willingness to continuously learn & grow.
