You have to be keen on Agile ways of development and be evanhist of Scrum methodology.

Requirements
Experience with working in engineering teams, as Scrum Master or Agile Coach 1-2 years
Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
Great communication and coaching skills
Passionate about Agile ways of working
Ability to challenge the teams when needed
Great understanding of how to motivate people and the ways of helping them to be high performance
Proactive, involved and transparent personality
English intermediate

What you will do
Scrum master for 2 development mobile teams (up to 8 people each)
Be a key driver for continuous process improvements
Proactively identify and implement methods on how to be more efficient
Learn and share about Agile
Follow up on the commitments of the team
Coach the team
Take care of team dynamics
Manage risks and opportunities for team deliveries
Ensure transparency within the team/cross-teams
