Armed with a technology-first ethos, we set out to launch the first tech-enabled, integrated-care model for families with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder. A place where technology was integrated into every aspect of the experience, whether that was online booking, digital healthcare records or 24/7 video chats with our care team. Because it’s about time that healthcare catches up with the rest of the world.

Requirements:
— Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience in recruiting Tech recruiting;
— Great communication skills, ability to building relations, professional attitude;
— Sound judgment and ability to match candidates with projects;
— Work effectively under time pressure with changing priorities in dynamic environment;
— Team player who can also plan and deliver independently;
— Strong drive to deliver results;
— Proactive approach, multitasking, flexibility;
— Strong (verbal and written) skills both in English.

Will be a plus:
— An Experience in Startup.

Responsibilities:
— Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recruitment processes for mainly IT positions (Back End, Front End, QA) but also business roles (Product Manager, Business Analysts, Financial Generalist);
— Manage end to end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering);
— Participate in creating and implementing strategies plans;
— Create trusted relationship with Consultants and Candidates;
— Growing systematically our internal database of Candidates
— Follow up the pool of your Consultants and support their needs;
