Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:

At least 2 year of relevant experience on BA position
Analytical skills & attention to details
Fluent written and verbal English
Ability to generate qualitative, reasonable conclusions based on conducted research
Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
Strong understanding of software development specifics and methodologies
Deep knowledge of key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques

Responsibilities:

Bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations
Define solution scope based on analysis of clients RFPs, RFIs, other provided documents and elicited business requirements
Develop acceptance and test criteria to support QA based on product knowledge
Analyze, document and manage software requirements specification through the full project lifecycle
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with both team and clients
