Requirements:
β€” 2+ years of experience as an eCommerce Business Analyst
β€” Magento knowledge
β€” Knowledge of agile methodology of project management and Waterfall
β€” Knowledge and experience in using applications for project management and document management systems
β€” SDLC knowledge
β€” Understanding of UX/UI
β€” Skills of prioritization, critical thinking, attention to details without losing focus on key goal/value
β€” Knowledge and experience of working with BPMN and UML
β€” Skills of FRD and BrD production in a simple language for different levels
β€” Skills of making SRS, SOW
β€” Knowledge of Change Management processes
β€” Knowledge of English on Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level
β€” Teamwork, the building of effective communications, ability to work with a big amount of information, and interaction with big teams

Duties:
β€” Identify requirements from the interview, workshop sessions, applications, current website analysis, business process description, graphic design interface, description of business scenarios (cases)
β€” Analyze, organize gathered information, define dependencies and conflicts, define and prioritize points of the highest value for the business, collect and analyze information from different sources and levels (from general to highly detailed), and transform into business requirements at a general level
β€” Hold effective and proactive communications with internal teams as well as stakeholders, ability to make arguments, explain and set common understanding on different levels
β€” Make documentation (based on gathered information) - SRS, FRD, BRD, SOW, write requirements/user stories, user manuals, instructions
β€” Visualize processes using BPMN and UML
β€” Hold a system approach to internal processes and BA, in particular, participate in its improvement and review

Will be a plus:
β€” Solution Specialist certification
β€” Experience in using Swagger
