Customer Support Specialist/Lead Tech Support Sepcialist (offline)

Must have:
• Experience supporting and working with web-based financial products
• Experience supporting a global customer base in multiple languages (using google translate, etc)
• Familiar with Zendesk and other CS tools

Nice to have:
• Any experience with blockchains and/or blockchain products, whether personal or professional

English - Upper Intermidiate +
Remote - ok or office in Kiev
