Business System Analyst (offline)

About the role:
We are inviting you to join our new team that will create a new mobile banking app from scratch and deliver end-to-end features by designing, developing, testing & delivering every sprint. You will get information about the product from stakeholders & use the latest technologies to deliver the best experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Support Product Owner with providing the development team with detailed requirements;
- Collaborate with business representatives & other stakeholders;
- Requirements elicitation & user story writing;
- Hypothesis validation using event-driven approach;
- Collaborate effectively with members of development team and stakeholders;
- Proactively suggest improvements to the platform and development/testing processes.

Requirements:
- Deep knowledge in modeling using UML & BPMN;
- Experience working with mobile app;
- Great understanding of Business Analysis activities & artifacts;
- Experience with issue-tracking systems;
- Deep knowledge in user story writing;
- English at a level where you can comfortably read and write;
- Product-oriented engineer, good team player.

Will be a plus:
- Deep knowledge of the fin-tech domain;
- Experience with OpenAPI specifications design & database modeling.
