(Senior) Technical Writer / Educational Content Writer (offline)

Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the content creation and optimization of the internal knowledge database for our customers
- You support our customer communication by creating and updating content on all relevant channels (especially help center, newsletter, video tutorials, in-app notifications)
- You continuously expand and optimize the internal product and process documentation
- You support us by creating content for our social media channels, writing articles, blog posts, and case studies

Your profile:
- Professional experience in knowledge management, content management, or comparable tasks
- You are experienced in optimizing internal knowledge documentation (both in terms of content and structure as well as search efficiency)
- You are technically savvy
- Excellent English (spoken & grammatical) skills and excellent communication skills
- You are structured, self-organized and have a strong analytical and data-oriented way of thinking
