Digital Assistant (offline)

We are an exciting, New York City-based startup expanding our overseas team here in Kyiv, Ukraine!

The official title for this role is Digital Assistant, meaning you will handle a number of digital tasks for our US and Western Europe-based clients!

Requirements:
We are looking for 4−5 extremely talented and hardworking Business Associates with very strong fluency in the English language.
You must be able to think and process information quickly and demonstrate great work effort.
Must have a higher education degree and be able to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
Must be versed in general online media (email, social media, etc)
Must be extremely hard-working, dedicated and organized!


Must be able to work full-time from the Kyiv office, meaning a non-remote regime of work.
Working hours shifts include two options:
1) from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
2) from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.


The work of a Digital Assistant requires a B2-C1 spoken English ability and a quick-learning aptitude.

In terms of practice, you might handle:
* A variety of online work (data-base building, SEO, customer relation management, basic website creation etc)
* Digital Marketing Tasks (email, social media marketing)
* Schedule management
* Building a system of communication between senior management and clients
* Basic lead research, and include word ‘maven’ in your cover letter for added consideration
* A variety of other tasks (involving digital media and high-level organization/ workflow automation)
