Hosting Technical Support Engineer (offline) $1500-2500

Under the ownership of THG stands a British web hosting company UK2Group. We are currently searching the L3 Support Engineer for our Lviv office to join our company.
Skills and Responsibilities:
The Hut Group owns and operates a large Enterprise and Mass Market computing platform. We are expanding the team that is responsible for the Technical support for Cloud and Dedicated servers:
The duties of the job include the following:
Good Linux background
Windows administration skills (AD, MSSQL)
VMWare/VMSphere administration experience
Understanding of organization and difference between Shared/Dedicated/Virtual servers. Have some practice experience working with such servers.
Servers monitoring skills
Process customers' requests via Helpdesk and live chats
Configure third-party software on customers' virtual environments
Proactive support for our customers
Good knowledge of DNS system functioning. Ability to manage zones manually in Named.
Mail. Troubleshoot any issues related to its malfunctioning. Good knowledge of POP3, SMTP, IMAP protocols.
Networking. L3 should know such definitions as IP address, Gateway, Netmask. Know how to apply them on practice. Be able to manage them via corresponding tools/configs.
Web. Ability to troubleshoot issues related to Apache, PHP, CGI. Know how these services/modules are bounded to each other. Understanding and managing of their configurations is needed. SSL certificates and HTTPS protocol understanding.
FTP/SFTP.
Mysql. Backups. Engines differences.
Data mirroring: scp, rsync, lsftp, dd.
CPanel, Plesk hosting panels configuration on backend level.
Spoken English: Intermediate level
Written English: Intermediate level
Night shifts could be included in the working schedule.
