Senior/Lead IT Recruiter (offline)

Demands:
- 3+ years in IT recruitment;
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
- Self-driven and proactive, energetic;
- Positive attitude, creativity, integrity, readiness for aggressive hiring plans;
- Passion for recruiting and helping people;
- Attention to details.

Will be a strong plus:
- Experience in Game Dev company;
- Experience with JavaScript positions;
- Experience in Recruitment agency.

Responsibilities:
- Helping with adaptation of recruitment department and processes to best standards;
- Mentoring colleagues;
- Closing positions with the best candidates;
- For lead recruiter — managing recruiters, making sure they do the work as best as they can;
- Conducting daily meetings;
- Investigating growth points, suggest & implement improvements.
