Job responsibilities
- Managing internal recruiting processes
- Collecting job requirements, writing job descriptions, and posting vacancies
- Maintaining our candidate database
- Active candidate sourcing
- Pre-screening applicants, coordinating technical interviews, and conducting HR interviews
- Gathering statistics, doing market research and analysis, preparing reports
- Assistance with arranging corporate events
