Job responsibilities:

Providing support to prospects, partners, and customers via email, web conferencing, and the phone
Providing technical presentations and demonstrations of the products to prospects, partners, and customers
Designing and configuring hardware solutions along with setting up software for the customers
Preparing project-related documentation
Collaborating with other teams

Required:

Fluent English (both spoken and written) and the ability to communicate effectively in English via both phone and e-mail
Understanding and basic knowledge in backup technologies, technics, and backup software
Understanding and basic knowledge of networking and virtualization technologies
General Linux knowledge. Experience with administrating/maintaining Linux and Windows-based environments
Understanding object storage basics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive, and innovative thinking (masters degree in googling)
Confident communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with object storage solutions
Knowledge of Linux storage stack (MDADM, ZFS, LVM, Ceph, etc.)
Experience with Amazon S3
Experience with analyzing business benefits and defining value proposition
Experience in developing technical requirements, solution architecture
Experience in working with storage and backup infrastructures
