IT Recruiter (offline)

Required skills
- 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies.
- Knowledge and implementation of effective sourcing and outreach techniques using a variety of platforms and tools.
- Good understanding of the Ukrainian IT market
- Knowledge of direct search and headhunting techniques
- English upper-intermediate or higher
- Strong negotiation skills
- Team-orientated approach to your work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changeable environment within short deadlines

Would be a plus
- A developed network of candidates
- Experience of team members mentoring or leading

Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment process including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates
- Maintain a full hiring cycle in a collaboration with HR
- Assist in integrating employees recruited into the team.
- Create new ways to engage passive candidates through sourcing and social media.
- Enlarge and manage candidates’ database.
- Work out a recruitment strategy and optimization plan to make sure the hiring process is efficient and smooth for candidates and our company.
- Track and analyze pipeline and performance data on a regular basis.
