Technical Support Specialist (offline)

Requirements:

Work experience in technical support.
Advanced computer skills.
Analytical mindset.
English — upper-intermediate and higher.
Effective self-organization skills, disciplined approach, resilience.
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities:

Processing customers' requests.
Working with the database.
Simulating users' cases in the test environment.
Assisting Dev and DevOps teams in an investigation.

Will be a plus:

German or French upper-intermediate and higher.
