Recruiter (offline)

Areas of responsibility:
β€” Recruitment to the open IT positions
β€” Work with recruitment database
β€” Monitoring of labor market
β€” Participation in employer branding activities
β€” Willing to help with office comfort setup

You should have experience in the following fields:
β€” At least 1 years of experience in IT recruitment (IT recruitment agencies, IT companies) is a must
β€” Basic understanding of programming technologies
β€” Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
β€” Higher education (in IT field is a big plus)

You should possess the following personal competencies:
β€” Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β€” Responsibility and good team working skills
β€” Ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadlines
