Recruiter (offline)

Areas of responsibility:
— Recruitment to the open IT positions
— Work with recruitment database
— Monitoring of labor market
— Participation in employer branding activities
— Willing to help with office comfort setup

You should have experience in the following fields:
— At least 1 years of experience in IT recruitment (IT recruitment agencies, IT companies) is a must
— Basic understanding of programming technologies
— Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
— Higher education (in IT field is a big plus)

You should possess the following personal competencies:
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Responsibility and good team working skills
— Ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadlines
