HR People Partner (offline)

Requirements:
β€” Proven 2+ years work experience in HR (not recruiting) ;
β€” Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills;
β€” Excellent people management skills;
β€” Analytical and goal-oriented approach, ability to prioritize;
β€” Deep understanding of all HR functions;
β€” English level: at least Intermediate.

Responsibilities:
β€” Contribute to the development of corporate culture;
β€” Develop and maintain strong working relations with the employees;
β€” One-on-one interviews with the employees on a daily basis in order to enhance partnership inside the company;
β€” Conduct a psychological evaluation of employees;
β€” Arrange the full cycle of performance review/appraisal;
β€” Support employees’ career growth;
β€” Provide quick response to organizational changes, team members’ needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to team members challenges;
β€” Onboard new employees;
β€” Arrange corporate events;
β€” Report regularly on HR metrics.
