HR People Partner (offline)

Requirements:
— Proven 2+ years work experience in HR (not recruiting) ;
— Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills;
— Excellent people management skills;
— Analytical and goal-oriented approach, ability to prioritize;
— Deep understanding of all HR functions;
— English level: at least Intermediate.

Responsibilities:
— Contribute to the development of corporate culture;
— Develop and maintain strong working relations with the employees;
— One-on-one interviews with the employees on a daily basis in order to enhance partnership inside the company;
— Conduct a psychological evaluation of employees;
— Arrange the full cycle of performance review/appraisal;
— Support employees’ career growth;
— Provide quick response to organizational changes, team members’ needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to team members challenges;
— Onboard new employees;
— Arrange corporate events;
— Report regularly on HR metrics.
