Product manager (offline)

Syntech Software in search of a Product manager with experience in financial projects.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of commercial experience on position of IT Product manager, excellent knowledge of the specifics of e-commerce projects;
- Highly experienced in business analysis;
- Upper-intermediate english (work experience in communication with foreign clients);
- Coordination of requirements, plans and scope of work with the customer;
- Strong technical background: a practical understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android), web frameworks and integration processes with various services;
- Advanced knowledge of statistics, tools, definition of usage patterns
- Ability to work in global markets and study trends and preferences of local markets;
- Proven ability to make quality decisions, positively influence other team members;
- Strong communication skills, conflict resolving skills;
- Strong organizational skills with a definite ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
- Be the product engine of product development, including drafting, protecting and developing plans for platform components;
- Coordination of plans and scope of work with the customer;
- Budget management and control of its execution;
- Management of risks;
- Support of the development team during the period of work with sprints, including release planning and control of their delivery control.
