Requirements:
β 1+ years experience in IT recruitment
β Understanding of IT sphere
β Experience in conducting different types of interviews
β Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and interview feedbacks drawing up
β Experience in using different searching tools
β Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
β Excellent communication and networking skills
β English upper-intermediate is a must
