Senior Sitecore Headless CRM Software Developer (Insurance Domain) (offline)

You will be a part of a scrum team. It's preliminary planned now that the development approach will be based on the SAFe framework for collaboration with the different scrum teams as a part of an Agile Release Train. The ART will include 2 development teams and DevOps specialists.
The usual workflow for you will include clarification of business needs and software requirements, their confirmation/approval with the customer; analysis of the 3rd party systems the solution should be integrated with, learning their outcoming data, estimating the works, designing the way(s) to integrate with them and process data by the use of Sitecore Experience Platform; development; demonstration of development results to the customer, gathering/addressing the feedback, stabilization and release of the developed functionalities; leading a development team.
The basic technologies are Sitecore 9 or 10 Headless CMS; .NET Framework; MS SQL; UI development frameworks like React, Angular; NUnit, SpecFlow.

Our Italian client is one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers and the product is present in 50 countries in the world. The company grew in importance, becoming one of the largest insurance operators both in Italy and in Central Europe.

Project

The main idea of the solution is digitalization and simplification of the car insurance process. A new solution should provide an ability to order insurance by passing a simple wizard from the mobile application or website. The solution will be based on Sitecore 9.3 (or 10) and headless approach – using Sitecore CMS as the data source and Headless as a framework to render UI appearance for mobile application and website. There is a number of the 3rd party systems that should be integrated with the solution to provide information about the cars, insurance, rates, and payments.

Responsibilities:
Contributing to new technologies investigations and complex solutions design
Coming up with well-designed technical solutions and robust code
Working in cooperation with colleagues
Taking up responsibility for delivering major solution features
Professional communications within a team and with customer
Participating in requirements gathering and clarification process
Creating technical specifications
Developing core modules and functions
Performing code reviews, writing unit, and integration tests

Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in commercial .NET development
At least 3 years of experience in commercial Sitecore projects
At least 2 years of experience in commercial projects using Sitecore Headless CMS
Experience in integration with the 3rd party systems using Sitecore framework
Excellent OOP/OOD skills and excellent quality of produced code
Excellent problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of .NET Framework, frontend frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, or Node.js
.NET Core knowledge would be considered as a plus
Proven skills in unit test frameworks and tools
Strong knowledge of relational DB concept, MS SQL Server
Experience in development of enterprise systems with a multi-layered architecture
At least the Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
