Senior MySQL Database Engineer (offline)

Required skills
— 5+ years of experience working with MySQL Database
— Excellence in communication, and analytical skills
— Successful team leadership experience
— Deep knowledge and experience in MySQL 5.7, 8.0 administration
— Experience with: InnoDB Cluster, NDB Cluster, and MySQL Enterprise products
— MySQL performance tuning experience

Responsibilities
— Coordination of developers, systems administrators, and other groups to implement various database-related tasks
— Constant improvement of the support processes
— Collaboration and conversation with the customer’s team
— Proactive administrative duties
— Recommendations for continuous improvement
— Disaster recovery monitoring and management
— System performance monitoring and system optimization
— Management of the the process of moving database to clouds and integration with cloud services
— Research, testing, and development of systems maintenance and upgrade plans for new technologies and versions
