HR manager / team coordination (offline)

Required skills:

β€” At least 1+ year of proven experience in recruiting and/or HR for an IT company

β€” Ability to plan and conduct performance assessments and PDP planning

β€” Persistence, creativity, outside the box thinking, positive attitude

β€” Stress resistance

β€” Strong communication, presentation and writing skills (English at least upper-Intermediate)

β€” Direct communication with clients

β€” Coordinate internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and stakeholders, staffing statuses and etc.

β€” News broadcasting to the team members

β€” Building an Individual employee growth plan (PDP)

β€” Career path creation

β€” Organize corporate parties and team building activities

β€” Create a high level of employees engagement (Google-like practices)

β€” Account planning and staffing projections
