Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
— Drive and develop requirements for new features and features improvements
— Document product requirements and features
— Facilitate development for architecture documentation for our products
— Features dependency management
— Drive new products and features brainstorming and clarification sessions
— Contribute to prototype brainstorming and signoff
— Transform product scope and requirements from product level driven into a feature and use case driven
— Support and drive the UAT process
— Facilitate product development, support and maintenance processes definition and documentation
— Contribute to the risk management process
— Own product documentation on all levels

Requirements:
— Software Development at least 5 years of experience
— Driving project or product requirements from idea to release
— At least 2-3 successfully delivered products
— At least 1 product/project supported in maintenance stage or during a major version upgrade
— Understand the difference in requirements management for new products vs product improvements
— Business process and user flows documentation and visualization tools
— Best practices for requirements gathering, brainstorming facilitation, requirements consistency and completeness validation
— Software development processes, SDLC including SCRUM and Kanban
— Experience with risk management practices and tools
— Release and version control methodologies and practices
— Experience with incident management as an instrument for new development and for product improvements
— Fluent English
