Senior Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional experience as a BA, including participation in large projects;
• Understanding of different types of requirements and stages (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation and management);
• Strong knowledge and experience in creating low fidelity mockups and prototypes;
• Broad knowledge and understanding of UX fundamentals and the basic principles of building user interfaces and workflows;
• Knowledge of the main ideas around visual modeling;
• Deep understanding of different software development methodologies;
• Understanding the full software development lifecycle;
• Experience writing Software Requirements (Vision and Scope, SRS);
• Technical background is a plus;
• English level: Advanced (C1).

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with management and clients to prioritize business needs;
• Identify business opportunities and provide creative solutions to complex problems;
• Write software functional specifications including use cases, mockups and diagrams;
• Prototype user interfaces and algorithms of the system behavior;
• Interact with the development team to discuss and clarify the requirements during the project implementation;
• Pass specifications (User Stories) to developers, make sure they understand everything without missing details;
• Be the main source of information about the product, know everything that is going on at all stages.

About the Customer:
The Customer is the largest toll road management company in one of the US states. They supervise payments for toll roads and toll lanes. Since they are not owners of all roads they provide a variety of services, such as number identification, billing and debt collection. Currently they serve more than 50 thousand cars per hour off-peak.

About the Project:
Two new routes were added. It is necessary to prepare current system for load increase. It is planned to rewrite a large part of the system and optimize the other parts. The system is designed using .Net and Microsoft SQL technologies. It is planned to use the same technologies in the future. Currently two international offshore teams works on this project.

3 Business Analysts, 1 Project Manager, 1 Senior Business Analyst (Belarus, Ukraine, PM in USA)
