Middle Business Analyst (offline)

Required skills:
— 1,5 — 2 years of experience in business analysis
— Technical or business education (international economics, management, finance)
— Experience in translating business needs/requirements into technical specifications
— Experience in describing of interfaces and interaction between system components
— Experience with epic and user stories concepts
— Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: SRS, backlog in the form of user stories and use cases
— Experience in modeling via BPMN, UML, ERD
— Practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirements management tools
— Experience with startups and SMB (will be a plus)
— Experience in presale/discovery activities (will be a plus)
— Provide examples of documentation created by you (can be the fake project, will be a plus)
— English — upper-intermediate or higher

Responsibilities:
Basic:
Working on business requirements for projects
— identify and analyze project stakeholders
— identify and analyze client’s problem and business requirements by Situation Statement, Vision Statement
— make competitor analysis
— determine elicitation approach, conduct elicitation and confirm elicitation results
— assess current and determine future state, gap analysis
— determine elicitation approach, conduct elicitation and confirm elicitation results
— validate and verify requirements
— decompose business requirements into Epics/User Stories
— visualize business processes and data models by Activity Diagram/BPMN, State Diagram, ERD, etc.
— preparing SRS

Pre-Sale & BA:
— working on new requests with pre-sale team
— restructuring of presale processes with department’s leads
— restructuring of BA processes in a company

Management :
— mentoring team-mates
— control the quality of specifications
— resolving issues and conflicts
— creation of expertise within the department
— creation/Fixing of department processes
