Game Designer (offline)

Our team is looking for a Game Designer:

- develop basic underlying principles of the game (game mechanics, levels, etc.);

- develop and refine game mechanics, ensuring they align with the project’s vision and goals;

- collaborate with the Product Owner, art, programming, and QA teams to ensure that game designs are executed with high quality;

- analyze player data and feedback to make informed decisions about game design and improve player engagement;

- plan and execute play tests, gather feedback, and make improvements to the game design;

- contribute to the development of the overall game vision and design goals;

- create necessary accompanying documents for the generated and controlled tasks.

 

About you:

- work experience with other game companies at the game/level design position (at least 3 years);

- Unity Experience;

- at least 5 years of gaming experience (Playing);

- strong knowledge of game mechanics, systems, and design principles;

- ability to design and implement game systems;

- experience in building technical assignments for the team;

- ability to articulate your thoughts;

- portfolio availability;

- desire to learn and improve skills;

- responsibility and self-organization;

- Upper-intermediate English.
