Responsibilities:

— Grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable both text & visual wise
— Determine the needs of end-users of Technical Documentation
— Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
— Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
— Create and maintain the Information Architecture, produce consistent work within established branding, style, and legal guidelines


Required skills:

— At least 3 (three) years of proven relevant experience in Technical Writing or Software Documentation
— Problem-solving ability (Choosing the right words, phrasing, and tone is challenging. In order to be successful, you will need to have strong problem-solving skills and understand how to convey complex subjects simply).
— In-depth domain knowledge (Show interest and passion for understanding products, services, and customers. Understand the product life cycle and be familiar with the different phases in the process.)
— Ability to handle open-ended projects that may be ambiguous or ill-defined
— Motivated participant and design advocate (Key contributor and proponent for effective communication to the target audience)


Nice to have:

— Familiarity with Gitlab, AsciiDoc
— API Documentation experience
— Experience working within the agile software development lifecycle

Project description:


1. You will be responsible for creating technical documents and manuals, explaining complex information in a clear and concise manner.
2. You will be collaborating with Developers, Quality Engineers, Product Managers, and Usability Experts to make our products easier to use.
3. You will report to the Technical Documentation Lead. Your role requires a technical acumen with regard to instructions and proficiency in certain Technical Documentation Software.
