The core product is called SENET - a cloud based solution, management software for PC console-based gaming arenas. Senet is used by 1000+ gaming centers in over 45 countries worldwide.

Our solution helps automate the process, simplify accounting for finances, optimize staff time, establish communication with customers and increase profits. Our development team regularly updates the software and improves it in accordance with the latest technologies and trends.

About the role:

During a few last years, we have shown great successes moving towards new markets. Now we are expanding and moving towards Vietnam, and we are looking for a Customer Integration Specialist that will introduce our product in new esports center and conduct product onboarding.

Tasks:

• consultation and technical support of users;

• product demonstration to customers;

• work with appeals;

• solving technical issues.

Our candidate:

• is a confident fluent/native Vietnamese speaker with knowledge of Russian;

• confident PC user (knows how to install and to work with various software);

• knows how to search information on the Internet and independently resolve the issue;

• has experience in communicating with clients;

• stress-resistant, sociable;

• is eager to develop and wants to learn interesting software for internet clubs.
