Junior IT Recruiter (offline)

Required skills:
— 1+ years of experience as Recruiter
— Experience with recruitment processes and databases
— Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing and Content creation
— Effective negotiating skills
— Understanding of Importance of Storytelling in Recruitment
— Good time-management skills
— English — Intermediate

— Team player

Responsibilities:
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
• Interview candidates following the company’s rules and regulations
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/social network/colleges etc
• Collaboration with hiring managers to create job descriptions
• Source passive candidates and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Able to define the value proposition of WeSoftYou Company for job candidates.
• Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
• Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
