Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
— At least 2 years of experience as a BA;
— At least 1 year of experience defining business requirements from gathering and analysis research;
— Knowledge of product metrics;
— Minimum English level of Upper-Intermediate;

Responsibilities:
— Ability to articulate requirements: identify user problems that need to be solved, as well as any limitations
— manage the launch and maintenance of A/B testing and metrics analysis
— prioritize tasks and develop a release road map for product functions
— perform market and competitor analyses
— propose plans for product improvement and present to stakeholders
— take part in Backlog Grooming
— manage listings of requirements
— assign tasks for UX Designers and monitor performance
