Middle/Senior Python Developer (offline)

Responsibilities:
— take part in the estimation and planning sessions;
— write efficient, elegant code that is easy to maintain;
— build new features, bug fixing and testing;
— participate in code reviews;
— optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability;
— consider user feedback and data when developing solutions;
— accept and act on constructive criticism;
— communication and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Ideal job profile:
— 2 years + experience in Python development;
— good understanding of MongoDB;
— English intermediate level or higher;
— excellent analytical and estimation skills;
— deep understanding of OOP, design patterns;
— knowledge of Git.

Personal skills:
— excellent communication skills;
— good team player;
— attention to details, discipline;
— responsibility for the work results.

Will be a plus
— experience in remote work;
— understanding of A/B testing;
