Business Analyst (offline)

Required skills
— You have to be self-motivated, team player with solid analytical skills and multi-disciplinary approach to problem-solving
— Knowledge of how the modern Web works
— Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS
— Understanding of principles how CMS manages webpages (layouts, components, etc.)
— Understanding of web marketing technologies
— Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
— Experience in large enterprise projects is a plus
— Strong verbal and written English (Advanced level) — the customer stakeholders are american english native speakers. You should be able to articulate the thoughts in a clear and concise manner, understand the customer clearly and compose meeting notes. There has to be no discomfort in communications on either side.

Responsibilities
— Work with stakeholders on requirements for the development team
— Communication with the Creative team about technical limitations
— Proposals to stakeholders of existing components to deliver the business idea
— Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team
— Please note that work time is shifted to be aligned with PST timezone (+10 hours from Ukraine) up to 23:00

Tasks
Represent the development team in the requirement management process (elicit customer requirements, suggest solutions preferably out of the spectrum of the existing tools / technologies) by participating in frequent video meetings with the customer representatives

Represent the development team in the design creation process by guiding the designers on the limitations imposed by the platform and contained data to make sure that the design mockups meet the team expectations, notify the development team early about the components made by the design team which do not yet exist

Work closely with the product manager of the development team to help prioritise the execution of tasks by advising on customer priorities pertaining to the requirements

The customer stakeholders mostly represent the marketing vertical, do not necessarily have a technical background and due to the peculiarities of their work are inclined to change their mind frequently - the BA should tolerate and be able to maintain the professional demeanor within such a stressful environment
