— 3+ years as a Business Analyst within an IT or SAAS company
— Experience in Trading or other Financial Markets
— Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and specifying requirements
— Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques
— Hands-on experience with modeling and prototyping tools
— Understanding and/or practical experience: JSON/XML; HTTP/REST
— Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence)
— Strong analytical skills to make a critical assessment of the information from numerous sources.
— Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Advanced)
— Must be proactive, assertive, able to handle multi-tasking activities

— Responsible for detailed gathering of business and technical requirements, to pass off to the PMO/Development team
— Responsible for Quality Assurance of the work as it is marked “done” by the Development team
— Anticipate and identify problems and engineer appropriate solutions
— Responsible to motivate stakeholders and employees to complete projects on time and does not accept procrastination
— Must have an acute attention to detail and place the highest importance on the accuracy of their work
— Produce and analyze reports of business performance, based on a variety of metrics
— Write business case proposals, including detailed cost/benefit analysis
— Create appropriate and impactful presentations based on audience needs
— Develop method changes to improve processes, reduce risks, and/or increase customer satisfaction
— Drive initiatives to create value and increase operational efficiency
— Identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
— Additional duties as assigned

We are currently seeking a contract Technical Business Analyst to join our Product Team. While working alongside team members, you are responsible for bringing to life the concepts and ideas of our Analysts and Instructors. As well as, working in various frameworks for different back-end products and modules. The ideal individual would create new systems, and improve the current system for multiple platforms. Must have the ability to work with a dynamic, fast-paced company and meet tight deadlines.
