Chief Data Officer (offline)

Analytics Department in our company comprises teams of data professionals (marketing, contact center, corporate analytics etc) focused on delivering solutions to improve decision-making, optimize internal business processes, increase operational efficiency, and ultimately, transform data into actionable insights.

In the role of Chief Data Officer (CDO) you will be instrumental for developing a firm-wide data management strategy, overseeing the development and deployment of the data and analytics platform, and establishing the enterprise operating model for Data and Analytics.

Major duties and responsibilities of the position include:

1. Head up a company’s data analytics operations, transforming data into business value, and drives data-related business change.
2. Produce data insights that help drive strategic and tactical decisions and champion data-driven decision making.
3. Develop methods to ensure consistent application and use of analytics.
Define processes for the effective, integrated introduction of new data.
4. Identify and develop new predictive analysis models.
5. Foster data-driven culture and the creation of related competencies and data literacy across the organization.
6. Work closely with IT to oversee the integration and staging of data; and the development, implementation and maintenance of the associated data storage systems.
7. Partner with cross-functional business leaders to create a vision for how technology can serve as a competitive differentiator for Autodoc– utilizing data, analytics, and new progressive technologies.
8. Challenge the status quo, bring forward new ideas and drive the development of a winning future technology strategy for the company.

The Chief Data Officer will also play a highly collaborative role where he will interact with stakeholders, departmental heads and leadership, as well as other executives.

Required Qualifications:

1. Education: Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics or any other related field.
2. Hust have had over 10 years of working experience in Data Analytics, more than 3 years of working experience as a Head of Department.
3. Have a proven and successful experience in a consulting role for senior business leadership and executives.
4. Must be exceptionally passionate and equally equipped with analytical skills.
5. Have expertise in the design, development, verification, and validation of applied, descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics.
6. Leader as well as practical leader in a business’s vast and varied applications of data analytics.
7. Highly knowledgeable in front-to-back data lifecycle and highly proficient in a wide array of data tools and technologies.
8. Result-driven individual, highly creative and analytical, strategic thinker.
9. Visualization/BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
10. English B2 and higher.
