SMB Customer Success Manager (offline)

We are looking for an SMB Customer Success Manager for an innovative product in the enterprise integration market. We're working with a various scale of customers from top IT companies - Oracle, SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft to smaller niche players.

Revenue Grid (former Invisible.io), a growing and innovative IT company, has an immediate need for an SMB Customer Success Manager.
On this position, you will work directly with our end customers from the whole world. Comfortable office in the heart of Kyiv near the Olympiyska station with a comfy terrace and a breathtaking view, a convenient work schedule 11 to 20/ 5 days a week, constant positive atmosphere, friendly co-workers and adequate and loyal managers are included.

Main duties:
- Providing the 1st line of technical support for the company’s SaaS customers
- Direct collaboration with the company’s internal teams and customers Worldwide
- Assisting Customers with Product setup, onboarding and configuration

Required skills and qualifications:
· Fluent English, both verbal and written, since you will be closely cooperating with our foreign customers
· IT-related education and background
· At least 1 year of experience on a similar position
· Our product is mostly based on Microsoft solutions, so we need a specialist with demonstrated Windows desktop OS troubleshooting skills and MS Outlook\Office knowledge
· Experience with bug-tracking software
· Experience with application logs investigation and interpretation

Would be treated as a plus but not mandatory:
· Cloud services support experience
· Understanding of CRM / ERP / Business applications
· Basic XML knowledge
· Experience in live phone\web session support with the English-speaking customers
· Basic Knowledge of JavaScript or any other basic development skills
· Experience in B2B software development\support\implementation
