Responsibilities:
- Recruiting/headhunting, interviewing candidates
- Work closely with Hiring managers, Sales, and Talent Supply Manager
- Inside and outside PR (Participation in various IT events)
- Job Marketing, Company Brand promotion

Required Experience:
- Experience in IT Staffing/Headhunting
- Good knowledge of the Kharkiv IT market and its main players, Industry Salary Ranges, and Market trends
- HR Interviewing experience
- Solid pool of connections
- Good Networking skills
