• Обязателен опыт подбора в IT — от 1 года (опыт в кадровых агентствах приветствуется);
• Знание различных технологий поиска/подбора и оценки персонала;
• Навыки применения различных каналов поиска (X-Ray, LinkedIn, социальные сети, и тд);
• Высокий уровень самоорганизации, умение работать в режиме многозадачности (быстрота реакции, гибкость мышления);
• Грамотная письменная и устная речь;
• Ответственность, внимательность, отличные коммуникативные навыки.
