Software Engineer @ Neu.ro (offline)

Neu.ro is looking for a passionate software engineer who is eager to solve complex problems, interested in cloud computing and is comfortable working in a high-paced distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop new product features, as well as maintain existing code base
Write feature design proposals
Write clean code covered with tests
Take ownership of new and existing subsystems
Review code and address comments
Integrate existing open-source and commercial ML tools into the product and work on in-house solutions
Follow and assess new developments in the ML tooling ecosystem
Communicate with customers to customize our solutions to meet their needs
Contribute to our open-source projects

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in some mainstream programming languages, e.g. Python
Understanding asynchronous programming is a plus
Familiarity with popular database management systems
Experience with continuous integration and delivery systems
Hands on experience with Docker
Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus
Familiarity with any major cloud provider is a plus
Conversational level of English
3+ years of experience building production-grade software
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
